Terms of sale

These terms cover shopping with The Hype Aesthetics online. By placing an order, you agree to them. We have kept them short and readable on purpose. If anything is not clear, message us on WhatsApp and we will explain it.

All prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦). We may update our prices from time to time; the price shown at checkout when you place your order is the price that applies to that order. Delivery fees are shown separately at checkout.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm it once we have received payment (or a pre-order deposit) and have sent you an order reference. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we will contact you and, where payment was made for it, arrange a refund of that amount.

We accept bank transfer and payment through a Settlr virtual account. For bank transfers, please upload your proof of payment or send it to us so we can match it to your order. Orders are only processed once payment is confirmed.

Pre-order items require a deposit, usually 50% of the item price, which is non-refundable because it reserves stock from our supplier. The balance is due before we arrange delivery. Sourcing timelines vary and can change; we will keep you updated and let you know as soon as your item is ready.

We deliver across Nigeria. Delivery fees depend on your state and zone and are shown at checkout. Timelines are typically as described on our Shipping & delivery page and are not guaranteed.

In-stock items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions on our Returns & exchanges page. Pre-order deposits are non-refundable.

Please use our website lawfully and provide accurate information at checkout. We may cancel orders that appear fraudulent or that breach these terms.

We work to make sure our descriptions and prices are accurate, but we are not liable for indirect or incidental losses. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits any rights you have under Nigerian consumer law.

We may update these terms occasionally. The version published here at the time of your order applies to that order.
