When you shop or message us, we may collect your name, your WhatsApp or phone number, an optional email address, your delivery address, order details such as the items, sizes and prices, and any payment proof you send us. We may also keep the messages you send us so we can provide support.

We use your information to:

• Fulfil and process your order;
• Arrange delivery with our courier partners;
• Reconcile and confirm payments;
• Provide customer support and answer your questions;
• Send you updates about your order or a pre-order.

We do not use your details for anything unrelated to your order unless you have asked us to.

Order records and payment proofs are stored securely, and access is limited to the people who need it to fulfil orders or provide support. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, although no system can be completely secure.

We share only what is necessary, and only with:

• Delivery partners, who need your name, address and phone number to deliver your order;
• Our payment provider (Settlr), to generate virtual accounts and reconcile payments;
• Messaging tools such as WhatsApp, when we communicate with you;
• Our hosting and database provider, which stores the site data.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for unrelated advertising.

We keep order and payment records for as long as we need them to run the business and to meet accounting or legal requirements. After that, we delete or anonymise them where we can.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. Message us on WhatsApp from our Contact page and we will help. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it.

We aim to handle personal data in line with the principles of Nigeria's data protection laws, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) and the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).
