Shipping & delivery

We deliver to every state in Nigeria, including the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja. If your address is in a more remote area, delivery can take a little longer, but we will do our best to reach you.

The exact delivery fee is shown at checkout before you pay, and it depends on your state and delivery zone. You do not need to message us for a quote — the fee for your address is calculated automatically.

Lagos addresses are handled within our Lagos zone. Other states are priced by zone, so a delivery to Abuja or Port Harcourt will usually cost more than one within Lagos. If a remote location needs a special arrangement, we will let you know before dispatch.

In-stock items are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after your payment is confirmed. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 1–2 business days within Lagos and 2–5 business days to other states.

These are typical windows, not guarantees. Courier delays, public holidays, weather and other events outside our control can affect timing. If anything changes with your delivery, we will let you know.

Pre-order items are dispatched once they arrive from our sourcing. Because the timeline depends on the supplier, we give you an estimate rather than a fixed date. We will message you as soon as your piece lands and the balance is settled.

Please double-check your phone number and delivery address at checkout — our courier will usually call before arriving. If a delivery fails because we cannot reach you or the address given is incorrect, we will try to reschedule. A re-delivery may attract an additional fee.
